anyway today went training. i decided to go training for this whole week except for sat haha. next week i not freeee haha. so must chiong while i have the time. today's training was quite tiring..especially when i trained with kristine. LOL her techniques are scary lar...haha somemore when i train with yi liang i become more tired. HAHA. anyway training was ok.

haha jsut now while i was bathing i saw 2 orh cehs on my left hand. i really don't know how i get sia. i know that one of it is because i overstretched liao. the other one just randomly popped out HAHA. pain ahhhhh!!! hais.

tml will be an extremely fun day cos i will be watching bolt with alvin and the rest. BUT!!! still haven decide where to watch haha LOL!!!
