yesterday met up with perry and zhou han in school in the afternoon to go running. LOL my stamina really drop sia. after 4 rounds at the stadium only, i started panting already. geez. my stamina really drop ><. the last time i ran was like poly50 hahaa. YOSH!!! must train more now!! after running for 5 rounds, we rest awhile and headed to SPGG for gymming.

luckily gym not much people..so alot of space XD

hmm i think gymmed for about 1 hour? ohhh did quite alot too.

at about 4 we went to tiong bahru. went to arcade to play blazblue. hahaha i got owned by computer :P. aish. nvm play for fun HAHAHA!!!

dinner at LJS and off to training.

training was also quite tiring, sensei called me for demo and i tired out just after a few techniques. OMG!!! what’s happening to me!!! i did exercise lehh..dono why.

hahaha recently have been learning to fold hakama :D awesome!!! can’t wait for my hakama!!!
