aching & more updates
Last Wednesday and Friday i have been training with the rest of the aikido peeps for poly50. Currently approximately only 2 more weeks plus to poly50. wahhhh thats fast...so sooo little time for most of us to train. Wednesday we did speed training and i my thigh, left elbow and right shoulder started to ache!!! gosh i think i never warm up properly:( ahhhhhh very very pain...hahah even after i apply counterpain, its still equally pain. hais.
Friday trained for poly50 also...hmm this time did stamina by running outside school hahaha. wheee...i think my stamina increased tremendously after lots of training every week:). after poly50 training, went to meet the rest for aikido training. my dinner i think i ate too fast, so felt kinda bloated during training. heng i never vomitted HAHAHA!!! after training, sensei told shawn that his dan grading will be next year june. LOL that means mine will also be in june cos im also the same grade as shawn and alwee. AHHHHH!!! so fast sia...my black gold also arriving soon. hais today practically slack at home...hahah ever since after the holidays, my sleeping order is now distorted. i tend to get tired in the afternoon and very active at night LOL. hais i slept today then went out for dinner with my relatives. super sian =P ohoh i can't wait to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince with my aikido peeps next sat...OMG that reminds me that i told alvin that im free next sat LOL. cos we might want to watch 20th Century Boys 2nd Chapter. AHHHHHHHH!!! hmm...maybe can watch 2 movies in 1 day HAHA!!! :) haha i just finished chatting with yunhua and she randomly asked me 1 question. i hope she is okay...LOL she always disappointed.  hais... how i wish i could be a baby...no worries (cute and naive HAHA!!!)
